These terms are the agreement between you and LifeScale for using LifeScale. Please read them; they are short.
01Using LifeScale
By creating an account or using LifeScale (lifescale.tech and app.lifescale.tech) you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
02Your account
Give accurate details and keep your password, passkeys and devices safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account. Tell us at support@lifescale.app if you think someone else has access.
03API keys and connected tools
An API key lets a tool such as Claude act as you. Keep keys secret, give them only to tools you trust and revoke any key you no longer need or think has leaked. You are responsible for what a tool does with your key; the tool’s own terms also apply.
04Your content
Tasks, lists, notes, links and photos you add stay yours. You allow us to store and process them only to run LifeScale for you and for the people you share them with.
05Sharing
You decide who sees a checklist and whether they can edit it. Share only what you have the right to share. People you share with can leave a list at any time.
06Acceptable use
Do not use LifeScale to:
- break the law or infringe other people’s rights
- upload malware or content that is harmful, abusive or sexually exploits anyone
- try to access accounts or data that are not yours, or to bypass security
- overload, scrape or disrupt the service, or resell it
07The service
We work to keep LifeScale available and your data safe, but the service is provided “as is”, without guarantees that it will always be available or free of errors. We may change, add or remove features. LifeScale is currently free; we will tell you in advance before introducing any paid feature.
08Ending
You can stop using LifeScale and delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
09Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data you could have exported. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Israel. If a dispute comes up, please write to us first at privacy@lifescale.tech.
11Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will tell you in the app before a significant change takes effect; if you keep using LifeScale afterwards, the new terms apply.
