Everything in LifeScale, one screen at a time.
A planner that does a few things carefully, on a phone as well as on a big screen.
Today
The first screen you see. It answers one question: what do I do now?
- Overdue, due today and done today, counted at the top
- Recurring tasks show up on the days they belong to
- Tick off, skip a day or move it later, right from the list
- Search all your tasks from the header
Calendar
Day, week and month views built for touch and for a mouse.
- Every recurring task appears on its days, without duplicates in your list
- Choose the first day of the week and your time zone
- Open a day to see and edit everything on it
Recurring tasks
Set a task up once and let it come back.
- Every day, every N days, chosen weekdays or monthly
- An end date when the habit has a finish line
- Skip one occurrence, or reschedule just that day — the series stays as it is
- Undo a completion or a skip if you tapped too fast
Checklists
Lists that hold more than a line of text.
- Categories to group items, with your own order
- Notes, links and photos on any item
- Status per item: to do, in progress, done — and Closed to fold finished items away
- Archive a list when the trip is over; restore it next year
Use mode and edit mode
Every screen opens ready to use: tick things off and read without fear of breaking the setup.
- Tap Edit to rename, reorder, add categories or share
- Tap Done — or your browser’s Back — to return to using it
Sign-in and security
Get in quickly, keep others out.
- Passkeys: Face ID, Touch ID, fingerprint or device PIN
- Email and password, with a password reset
- API keys for tools like Claude, which you can revoke at any time
On every screen, in your language
Designed for the phone first, then the desk.
- From a 320-pixel phone to a wide monitor
- English, Hebrew (right to left) and Russian
- Light and dark themes
